Each group is limited to 4 participants and is facilitated by 2 adults (Kate Griffin RSW, Jenny Robertson MSW student)

  • $150.00/2hrs

  • Payment is required to hold spot

  • Our services are covered by most extended health benefits plans. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm that your plan includes coverage for Social Work services.

  • Receipts will be issued after each session for reimbursement purposes.

  • Full payment applies for missed sessions as availability is limited

Any past or present workshop is also offered as an individual, or as a private group option with Jenny Robertson (MSW Intern).

Sweeten the Season (Grades 1-3)

This engaging psychoeducational group helps children learn to recognize, understand, and express their emotions in healthy ways. Through interactive role play and hands-on cookie decorating activities, kids will explore common feelings, practice naming them, and discover how to communicate their emotional needs to trusted adults. Designed to be both fun and therapeutic, this group fosters emotional literacy, empathy, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
