This unique group helps children explore how seasonal changes—like shorter days in winter or more sunshine in summer—can affect their mood, energy, and behavior. Through art, storytelling, and playful activities, kids will learn to recognize and respond to these shifts in a supportive and creative environment.
What we’ll explore:
How seasons influence feelings and routines
Creative ways to express seasonal moods
Tools for emotional regulation and self-awareness
Connections between nature, culture, and personal experience
Each group is limited to 4 participants and is facilitated by 2 adult professionals.
$150.00/2hrs
